Hi, I'm Matt. I'm not gonna write this bullshit in the third person, because we both know I wrote this, right?
Anyhow, I'm an improv actor, stand-up comedian, and comedy writer.
I was a founding member of Thank You, Robot, and have been studying improv at the UCB Theatre since 2006. For the past 2 years, I have been coaching improv all around New York City, to rave reviews. I attribute this to me being lucky enough to have great teachers.
As a stand-up, I perform all over New York City, and along the East Coast. I have been a part of the New York Underground Comedy Festival, the Laughing Skull Festival, and the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival. The biggest highlight of my career so far was getting to open for Patton Oswalt in Youngstown, OH (sex capitol of the midwest! [the opposite]).
I am also a comedy writer who has written for The Late Show with David Letterman, Saturday Night Live, ToyFare Magazine, Dorkly, and countless other websites that no longer exist.
I hate bios because no one decides someone's talent based on a bio.
